Dixie has been a business consultant and analyst, a change agent and mentor, a coach and a general trouble shooter, for more years that she likes to admit. She’s been called a muse to genius, an alchemist and a power connector.
Dixie coaches entrepreneurs and entrepreneurally-minded professionals, using her Blast Thru Coaching™ principles to help them blast through brick walls and tap into the energy of their passion and purpose. She has been teaching networking as a method of building business for nearly 20 years, and now teaches her own methods as well as the system detailed in the Bob Burg best-seller, Endless Referrals, now in its fourth edition.
In 2008, Dixie set up a profile on the micro-blogging/social media site, twitter, and used an old nickname, Dixie Dynamite, as her user name. She didn’t intend to start a “brand movement” but as the momentum built she decided to ride the wave. The “Dixie Dynamite Coaching” brand was officially unveiled a year and a half later. Since that time, Dixie has been invited to host and speak at events nationwide and has grown her following into a heavily engaged online network that spans Facebook, twitter, and LinkedIn.
In addition to coaching and speaking on Blasting Thru Brick Walls and Connecting Passion, Purpose and Presence, Dixie has worked with Bob Burg and John David Mann, authors of the best-seller, The Go-Giver and it’s follow up volume, Go-Givers Sell More, to create coaching programs based on the Five Laws of Stratospheric Success outlined in those books. She was the first Burg International Consultant certified to coach, speak and teach from Bob Burg’s materials, including The Go-Giver and Endless Referrals.
Dixie has written an ebook, Anatomy of a Brick Wall; The barriers we place between our reality and our desires and how to blast right through them, and will be releasing an audio course on Blast Thru Coaching™ in the Spring of 2011.

- Dixie shares her home with a 14 year old tom cat who still thinks he’s a kitten, and a 95 pound black Boxer/Lab mix she calls “The Dragon Dog.” Having grown up with cats, dogs, goats, chinchillas, and horses, she credits her years of “mothering” furry critters with most, if not all, of her emotional intelligence and people sense.
